Hey guys i'm sooo excited to be sitting here and typing my FIRST BLOG!

Here's a little bit of info about me just to get you acquainted. I currently live in Orlando, FL with my 8 year old son (so my body is here) but truly my heart is in Aventura, FL where I moved from 2 years ago to be closer to family and my boyfriend. My soul on the other hand is back home in the Caribbean. Orlando is a great city but I haven't found anything here making it worthwhile for me. Comparing it to Dallas where I lived for 6 years and Miami where I attended college, it's just different. Not a good different in my case but i'm making it work for now. Originally, I grew up on a tiny island in the British Virgin Islands called Tortola where most of my family currently lives. I use to say I never want to move back there because it was sooo small, everyone knew everyone so naturally there would be lots of drama but when you get older you start realizing what's important and what's important is family and culture so i'm considering moving back soon. I recently visited and I miss it so much. Anywayyy, I won't bore you any longer with all this info but obviously you can tell what's been on my mind lately. I swear you'll probably witness me talking myself through the decision making process if you choose to follow this blog. I crack myself up sometimes!

Here's to blogging; I planned on waiting until something crazy substantial or some type of fun event happened in my life but what's the point of waiting? I rather just appease my desires and start. Everything you see will be a reflection of my personal style coupled with stuff that I am passionate about. Please expect frequent updates as i'm one of those people who always has thoughts popping into my head that I just have to share. This first outfit I must say is a bit casual but hey it's what I wore. =) Hope you enjoy and please leave comments, thoughts, concerns, whatever.
